MISSION - November

The entire month of November was exciting.
I won tickets to the REAL Soccer game on the radio and
Doug and Lincoln along with friends went to a cold night game.
Then Doug invited Dale and Will to fly out and go to a JAZZ game in the Key Bank suite.
Leisa and Addison came too and we had an early FAKE Thanksgiving.
Dale and Leisa at the Jazz game.
They ended up with extra tickets so Wes and Leisa got to go too!

Will and Taylor
Dale had to work a few days while Leisa and kids were here.
Leisa and I put together and sewed this great airplane quilt for Dale for Christmas.
We had so much fun using Great Grandma scraps in our creation.
The middle block is for Dale's wings and collectibles.
Fake Thanksgiving.  It wasn't really Thanksgiving but it was a great meal!

It was fun to have family together just before we went into the MTC.

We entered the MTC on the 12th and left for our mission on the 16th.

Lincoln's birthday was the 17th.
I gave Lincoln the quilt I had been making for his 12th birthday and I think he Loves it!

The basketball fabric is left over from his dad's quilt that I made years ago.
One of the great things about being a Senior Missionary
is that we are encouraged to have Family Time!
We all went out to eat for Lincoln's birthday.

Then Doug took us all to a Hockey Game that Lincoln chose.
I had never been to a hockey game and I loved every minute!

It's Grizzlies Hockey.

After the game we had green cupcakes!
Sunday we attended church in the Harrisville 5th ward and Grandpa was able to
participate as Lincoln received the Aaronic Priesthood.
We drove over to Logan one day to visit the Logan Mission office.
This mission office is closing at the end of the month and they have combined with the Ogden office.

The young missionaries put on a musical fireside for the Christmas season in the
Brigham City Tabernacle.

This is a beautiful building and the performance was inspiring!

Sister Hawley and Sister Anderson are our new sisters in Tremonton.
We helped them move from one apartment to another better one across town.

We had our weekly Huddle in Arby's after we moved them.
