February THAW and flooding in Box Elder County

There is a culvert that drains into our stream from the highway.
With all the thawing and flooding it was pouring water into the stream!

The grate was clogged with leaves that we cleaned out so the water
 could flow better.

 



The grate had to be removed to help with draining from the highway.

Our stream was flooding over the banks and over the walkway
that crosses the stream.

You can't even see where we usually walk.

Our neighbor's pasture is under water.

This area is usually dry ground.

This is a parking area with access to the river.
Now, it IS the river!
