St. George weekend

Dale and Leisa had an appt. in St. George
on Thursday afternoon Jan. 30, the same day
Wes had his tube changed in the morning in SLC.
So, after Wes' appt. we headed South to St. George
to meet Leisa, Dale and Will for a long weekend!
It rained and hailed and wasn't warm at all...
but we had a fun time together.

We went to a GREAT children's museum
with hands on experiences.

Wes and I liked it as much as Will did.
You could really milk (water) this cow!

Will changed tires -
Flew the airplane,
added to the coin box

Checking out the bank

cashiering at the grocery store...

a wishing well
inside the castle

the next day it was beautiful but so cold!

we drove around checking out a volcano

Snow Canyon
William, Grandpa and Grandma

and we hiked to an old aviation arrow in the desert

These arrows were created to help pilots fly across the desert
before more modern equipment was invented.

St. George area has 3 of these arrows.
They are 10 miles apart and this was
 the easiest to access.

We stayed at Dale's parents house but
ate out a couple of times too.

Leisa, Will and Dale
It was a really fun, relaxing, COLD weekend
in St. George, Utah.
